Cook the noodles on high heat nearly upto 3 minutes.
Rinse in cold running water,and finally
drain the water.
In a medium bowl, add ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil to
the noodles so that it never gets stick to each. Set aside.
Heat the oil over high heat. Add the minced garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook for 3 to 4
minutes or until the garlic and onions are soft and gets brownish in colour.
Add the slices of fresh beans along with peppers. Lower
the heat and add soya sauce. Cook for 2 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables
turns brown.
Add the noodlesand toss everything to combine well with the sauce. Wait for a minute.
Wow !!!!!!! Your noodles are ready now. Serve hot.
