PAN FRIED EGGPLANT RECIPE

VEG PAKORA



TIME TAKEN :  30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
1.       2OO gm besan
2.       1 tablespoon baking soda
3.       1 tablespoon ginger garlic
4.       3-4 chopped green chillies
5.       1/4 th tablespoon turmeric powder
6.       1 tablespoon garam masala
7.       Salt according to taste
8.       ½ tablespoon chilli powder
9.       Onion ¼ cup
10.   Hot oil 1 tsp
11.   Water little bit
12.   Mashed potato


DIRECTIONS:
1.       Wash the veggies thoroughly and cut it.
2.       Add them to a bowl along with crushed ginger, chopped garlic, green chilli, salt and a little garam masala.
3.       Mix them well and squeeze them gently to release moisture.
4.       Add besan and rice flour and adjust the salt.
5.       Mix then well to make a dough and add few tablespoons of water.
6.       Heat the oil in a pan. When it is hot enough , adjust the flame to medium.
7.       Take small portions of this dough and give it a perfect shape according to your wish.
8.       Drop in hot oil and keep stirring and fry on a medium heat until lightly golden.
9.       Transfer to a kitchen or absorbent tissue.
10.   Serve veg pakora hot with a cup of masala tea or green chutney.
