TIME TAKEN : 30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
250 gm olive barb(puthi mas)
1 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon red chilly powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon corn flour
2 Green chilly
1 tablespoon cumin powder
½ tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon chaat masala powder
Salt(add according to taste)
4 tablespoon mustard oil
DIRECTIONS:
First chop off all the fish tails and fins. Then cut n
take out the intestines,or else it will taste bitter.
Now all the fishes are ready to be marinated.Mix all the
spices with them.
Add the turmeric powder,salt according to one’s
taste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,garlic paste,coriander
powder,corn flour,chaat masala and finally mix them well with the spices.
After mixing well with the spices,leave it to marinate
for about 15 minutes after which they are to be fried.
Heat a pan and pour some oil into it.There should be
enough oil for the for the fish to be well-deeped.
Add the fish pieces when the oil gets hot.Add it one by
one.
Reduce the flame to medium and fry till the fishes gets
golden brown in colour.
As soon as both the sides becomes golden,we canconsider
that the fishes are fried well an have become crispy.
Serve hot.
