INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh curd
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon refine oil
½ cup maida
½ tablespoon baking powder
½ cup milk
¼ cup Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon ghee
A pot or cooker with a stand to bake
the cake.
1 glass
DIRECTIONS:
Open the whistle of the cooker and heat it a medium
flame for 10 minutes.
Take a medium sized glass and put some ghee in the inner
portion of the glass so the cake will not stick to the glass.
Take a bowl.Pour some ghee into it.Add the powdered
sugar and mix them well. Add some milk in the mixture so that the paste gets
soft.
Add maida,1/4th teaspoon baking powder and
again mix it with the paste. Add white vinegar into the paste and mixed it
properly so that the vinegar gets well-mixed with the paste.
Add the paste into the glass.
Put the glass inside the cooker.Cook for 30 minutes on
medium flame.
Wow !!!!!!! our cake is ready now. Cut it into slices
and serve it .
