PAN FRIED EGGPLANT RECIPE

OLIVE BARB RECEIPE

TIME TAKEN : 30 MINUTES



INGREDIENTS:
*    250 gm olive barb(puthi mas)
*    1 tablespoons garlic paste
*    2 tablespoon turmeric
*    1 tablespoon red chilly powder
*    1 tablespoon coriander powder
*    2 tablespoon corn flour
*    2 Green chilly
*    1 tablespoon cumin powder
*    ½ tablespoon black pepper powder
*    1 tablespoon chaat masala powder
*    Salt(add according to taste)
*    4 tablespoon mustard oil


DIRECTIONS:

*    First chop off all the fish tails and fins. Then cut n take out the intestines,or else it will taste bitter.

*    Now all the fishes are ready to be marinated.Mix all the spices with them.
*    Add the turmeric powder,salt according to one’s taste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,garlic paste,coriander powder,corn flour,chaat masala and finally mix them well with the spices.

*    After mixing well with the spices,leave it to marinate for about 15 minutes after which they are to be fried.

*    Heat a pan and pour some oil into it.There should be enough oil for the for the fish to be well-deeped.

*    Add the fish pieces when the oil gets hot.Add it one by one.

*    Reduce the flame to medium and fry till the fishes gets golden brown in colour.

*    As soon as both the sides becomes golden,we canconsider that the fishes are fried well an have become crispy.

*     Serve hot.
